I have a manual machine at home, and I love the lattes, but it's way too much work for something in the office. This machine is absolutely perfect. It's very easy to set up & use right out of the box, and the coffee is tasty. The milk frother is really neat - it is almost silent & quite fast, and you have perfect warm milk with tons of foam & no mess at all. Clean up for the espresso machine & the frother is super easy. You pull out a few parts, take them to the sink, wash & dry, and pop them back in. The frother can go right in the water; you don't have to be careful about keeping some parts dry. Both machines are compact & attractive. There are many varieties of coffee pods available online at the Essenza website. I have tried almost every capsule that they offer on there website and they all are amazing in there own right. I was happy to find out that they have a IOS App so I can just do my ordering via the app if I need to. I really like the aeroccino A LOT, it froths milk 100% right every time. I was shocked to find out that it also will leave the milk cold and still froth it! Its like magic! I have a friend that owns a coffee business and when I let him try this the first thing he said was "I am ordering this when I get home and I wish that they made a bigger version so I could use it in my shop!"
